2019 Associate

In 2019, Field First is on the front lines working for clients that share our values. Whether it’s electing progressives to municipal office, re-electing Senator Ed Markey, the champion of the Green New Deal, or managing campaigns to win the Fair Share Amendment, the ROE act, and Driving Families Forward in Massachusetts, Field First is committed to achieving victories through a grassroots approach.

Field First is hiring an Associate to join our team of campaign experts. The position is best suited for a self-starting individual eager to advance their career, learn new skills in a collaborative environment, and work on exciting municipal, state, and federal projects which will span Massachusetts and potentially, states across the country.

Field First has a robust and intensive six-month long co-op program, where students can gain full-time experience working in progressive causes and Massachusetts politics. You will be an integral part of our team, interacting with clients, providing much needed support and gaining an in-depth understanding of the Massachusetts progressive political landscape. Past co-op responsibilities have included research and analysis, event planning, updating daily reports, and traveling with the team to provide hands-on support for our clients during GOTV.
