Fight for $15 is a global movement of fast food workers, low wage workers, and allies committed to fighting for a living wage. Field First managed the direct action tactics for the Fight for $15 for three years including a 5,000 person rally in 2015, a day of action in 2016 with more than 35 people taking arrest and 600 people lobbying in the State House, and a Labor Day march in 2017 with over 1,000 participants.
