Grace (she/they) is the Associate at Field First. Grace worked with Field First in 2024 as the lead organizer for One Fair Wage, before joining the team full-time in 2025. She brings her experience in organizing, field strategy, and online communications to Field First’s electoral and legislative campaigns. Prior to working with Field First, Grace worked on a number of environmental, social justice, and electoral campaigns.
After growing up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Grace graduated from Northeastern University with a combined degree in International Affairs and International Business. She wrote her senior thesis on the impact of American military interventions, and developed her love for organizing in Students for Justice in Palestine on campus.
